I've seen free shipping on select items, but it's usually smaller stuff. For gates or saunas, usually not unless it's a really special deal or you catch an open box sale that includes it. Keep an eye out though, Black Friday maybe?

Returns on big items like that are usually a pain no matter where you buy them. Read the fine print carefully, I'd imagine you'd pay for shipping back.

Pretty sure they do ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but you'd have to contact them for a specific quote 'cause it's not standard ground shipping. Expect a longer delivery time too.
